 الاستضافة
العنصر الثاني المكون للموقع هو
الاستضافة والذي يعني مساحة محددة تقاس بالميجا بايت محجوزة للموقع على أحد
خوادم شبكة الإنترنت (كمبيوتر خادم) وتكون هذه المساحة مسئولة عن تخزين
ملفات الموقع ليتم عرضها من خلال المتصفح. ويصحب الاستضافه عادة مجموعة من
المواصفات والتي من أهمها عدد صناديق البريد الإلكتروني التي يمكن
إنشائها وكمية البيانات المسموح بمروها وغيرها. ويتم حجز استضافة الموقع
لمدة عام أو أكثر.
